Watch City Steampunk Festival - Waltham Common - May 8th

This festival may be one of the smaller steampunk events, but it’s free to attend and will still bring everything that you’d expect. See the amazing costumes, watch live performances of a unique sort, sit in on lectures and panels and browse the market. It’s getting bigger and bigger every year, so head on down and see what the fuss is about.

Kite and Bike Festival - Franklin Park Playstead - May 16th

Feel like getting outside and enjoying the spring weather? This fun festival is perfect for those that like to fly kites and those that prefer to ride bikes. Buy a kite there or bring your own, ride your bike or rent one there - it’s all up to you. It’s a great event for singles or couples and especially for those with kids.
